Marketing Operations Supervisor (Pharmaceutical MLR Review)

Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Operations Supervisor to oversee and guide the Marketing Operations Coordination team in US, Canada, and LATAM. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a focus on driving consistency and efficiency while being a trusted client partner and daily detailed communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Supervise Marketing Operations Coordination team in US, Canada, and LATAM, managing their workload and ensuring team success.
• Oversee onboarding and training new hires.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address developmental needs.
• Manage HR responsibilities including compliance with workplace policies, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure effective communication of organizational goals and expectations.

Process Optimization:

• Standardize operations and document best practices.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Define and manage efficient work intake processes.

Operational Support:

• Maintain optimization of staff assignments and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Oversee marketing report processing and maintenance.

Collaboration & Compliance:

• Work with Vendor Management SME and ensure SOW/SLA compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date, audit-ready project documentation.
• Present quarterly challenges and improvements to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of MLR coordination, execution, and management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor, leading teams
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and SOW/SLA agreements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Preference for experience with Veeva Promomats or Adobe Experience Manager
