Due to our continuing growth, Succession is currently seeking a highly organised and capable individual to join our Wealth Planner Training Team.
The role…
The Planner Training Co-Ordinator will work as part of the Wealth Planner Training Team to support the provision and administration of training to our Wealth Planner population.
The post holder will to be an important cog in maintaining and improving the organisation, efficiency and standardisation of the planner training process to enable the business to effectively support its Wealth Planners development.
On a day to day basis you can expect to be:
Coordinating Planner Training and technical training team sessions, ensuring smooth execution and high participation rates
Acting as the main point of contact for all Planner training queries
Preparing learning and development materials or programmes required by the learner/trainer
Setting up colleague engagement surveys and producing survey reports
Managing the Planner learning and development calendar
To be successful in the role you will need:
Wealth Management industry experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
The ability to work accurately with attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Prior knowledge of the Wealth Planner role (desirable)
