The Role

We are seeking a Program Manager (Medical Courses) to lead and manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our medical and healthcare education programs—including Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Lab Technology.

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in course planning, faculty coordination, content development, cross-functional alignment, and market launch. You will collaborate closely with teams across content, operations, technology, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Strategy: Decide which healthcare course(s) to launch based on market demand. Develop program timelines, budgets, objectives, and success metrics.
• Content Oversight: Work with academic heads and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to curate and develop high-quality educational content aligned with learning outcomes.
• Faculty Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified teachers or experts for each course. Support content development and ensure academic integrity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, tech, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of every course launch.
• Promotion & Go-to-Market: Assist in crafting launch campaigns, landing pages, and strategic promotion in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze course engagement, gather student feedback, and take actionable steps to optimize performance and scalability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain communication with all stakeholders—internal teams, faculty, partners, and students—to ensure expectations are met.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, #Dentistry, #Physiotherapy, Nursing, or #AYUSH. A master’s in MBA, MHA, MPH or related healthcare management domain is desirable.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in the healthcare or #medical #education sector. Assistant Professors or lecturers from medical or pharmacy colleges looking to transition into EdTech are highly encouraged to apply.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in medical research or academia is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Familiarity with online education trends and content delivery tools.
• Passion for improving the careers of global healthcare professionals.
