✔ Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment sales (preferably within job boards or recruitment)
✔ Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to develop long-term business relationships.
✔ Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
✔ Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and reporting.
