Key Responsibilities

WeTravel is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to continue supporting the Sales and Lead Gen teams by optimizing processes, maintaining data accuracy, and improving operational efficiency.

Reporting to our Sales Operations Manager, The Sales Ops Specialist main objective is to improve lead management processes, optimize sales operations, and support reporting and CRM hygiene. Success in this role will come from improving lead assignment efficiency, maintaining CRM accuracy, optimizing workflows, and collaborating effectively with Sales and Lead Gen teams.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Strong experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), data analysis, and sales process optimization.

Proven ability to manage lead workflows and maintain data accuracy.

Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams. Strong communication and process management skills are essential.

Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field. A background in working with sales teams, lead management, and process automation is highly preferred.

Ideally, 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.

Nice to have:

Advanced reporting skills (preferably in Hubspot, and Excel/Google sheet), experience with automation tools, and knowledge of lead scoring methodologies.

Project management, experience working in a fast-growing startup environment, and the ability to drive process adoption across teams.
