ABOUT THE ROLE

We are in hyper-growth mode and are looking for an ambitious Sales Leader to lead our AE team.

We're seeking someone who lives and breathes sales, is a natural seller at heart, and will coach the team by demonstrating how the craft is done. The key to being successful as a Sales Leader at LiveFlow is having a strong work ethic, the ability to operate at all levels, a curious mindset, and a humble attitude.

Our sales team works from our office near Madison Square Park in New York, and this role is in-person.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Actively engage in the end-to-end sales process of selling LiveFlow to Accounting firms and Finance Teams, setting an example for your team through hands-on experience.

  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, setting performance goals, and providing coaching to ensure high performance and professional growth.  

  • Partner with our founding team to evolve the Sales Playbook, refine the go-to-market strategy, and offer input on product direction based on customer feedback.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with senior leaders in Accounting and Finance (CFOs, Heads of Finance, VPs of Finance) to drive new business and support team goals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years in sales

  • Track record of being a top performer, ideally with rapid career progress

  • Experience closing deals with a $12k-$50k ACV, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment where quick closes (1-2 calls) are common.

  • Previous experience managing AEs: being able to inspire, coach, and lead by example.

  • Strong communication skills. You ask questions, demonstrate curiosity, and are eager to continuously learn and push boundaries.

  • Must be based in NYC, relocation assistance provided.

  • Career history interview: Dive deep into your sales journey, focusing on achievements, promotions, and examples of top performance

  • Take-home challenge + presentation: Showcase your sales expertise and solve a challenge

  • Final round: In-person final round with our founding team

The expected compensation range for this position is $100k-$400k per year. Please note that the compensation range provided is intended for general guidance only. The final salary offered will be based on a variety of considerations, including but not limited to the candidate’s level of seniority, relevant experience, skill set, and geographic location. As such, the actual offer may differ from the range listed.
