About Us

Were a high-potential early-stage startup on a mission to transform how students in India access quality after school education in K12. We've validated our model, built our MVP, and have early traction. Now, were gearing up for a Pre-Seed raise and we need a pro to make it happen.

What Were Looking For

An experienced Startup Fundraising Consultant who can take full ownership of raising our Pre-Seed round. This includes strategy, storytelling, documentation, intros, negotiations the whole nine yards.

You should be someone who:

• Knows how to position a startup for early-stage investors
• Has a network of angels, syndicates, and micro-VCs
• Can prepare and polish pitch decks, financial models, and data rooms
• Has done this before and closed

Your Responsibilities

• Build a compelling investment narrative & positioning
• Refine pitch deck, projections, and investment materials
• Identify and reach out to the right investors
• Represent us in conversations, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Support until the money hits the bank

Compensation

• Percentage of the funds raised (success-based)
• Equity or advisory shares can be discussed for the right partner
• Were lean, but we reward impact and were building something big
