What You’ll Do

  • Market ownership - Lead the commercial development of Numeral in your region, working with our banking and ISV partners
  • GTM strategy – Market mapping and identifying high-potential segments. For each segment, develop a GTM strategy to grow Numeral in the market
  • Sales preparation – establish a sales strategy, including points of contact, use cases, value proposition, and messaging working with the product marketing team
  • Account nurturing and network building – Establish contact and build relationships with your target accounts through active engagement in the European fintech ecosystem and our network of partners.
  • Deal management – Manage the deal process using MEDDICC and challenger sales to create compelling business cases for our customers to modernise their payment infrastructure. Prepare sales proposals articulating use cases, product features, and pricing models to transform opportunities into customers
  • CRM & reporting – Ensure that our CRM is properly up to date, define relevant metrics, and build actionable reports to measure and improve our sales cycle

What You’ll Bring

  • Considerable experience in sales or in an Account Executive position within the FinTech industry, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a smooth and streamlined sales process.
  • Taking a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and challenging them on solutions, whilst always working towards sales closure
  • Solid technical understanding of SaaS solutions - preferably cloud technology and delivery models - and how they apply to the financial services industry
