This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about fashion and delivering exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion and apparel products.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, exchanges, and product information.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Handle complaints and feedback professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall service experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with fashion products and trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
