Job Overview: The B2B Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for direct mail and email marketing efforts, in addition to aiding the Revenue Operations group in the management of prospect data acquisition, customer list hygiene, and advanced segment targeting. This managed data will be used to send and automate personalized marketing campaigns through outbound marketing channels and to help the company gain and utilize new customer insights. This role must be comfortable with executing targeted campaigns while aiding in record keeping tasks. While this role will be primarily B2B focused, some B2C marketing work may be required.
Responsibilities:
· Execute email marketing strategies, automation logic, content, and delivery.
· Ownership of direct mail and email efforts across multiple brands, including but not limited to customer segmentation, approval of proofs and coordination/negotiation with vendors, and touchpoint automation.
· Collaboration with all channel marketers on list data and campaign release schedules.
· Research and utilize engagement marketing best practices.
· Diagnose and escalate technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects email marketing execution.
· Analyze and report metrics on a daily, weekly, and ad hoc basis to identify opportunities for testing and optimization.
· Design, prep, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely distribution of mail.
· Sourcing and procurement of state, regulatory and/or third-party data sources.
