About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven General Accountant to support our client’s accounting operations. You will play a key role in managing accounts payable and receivable, handling invoice runs, assisting with monthly and annual financial closing, and supporting audit processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced international environment and bring both precision and a proactive attitude, this role is for you.

Work hours: 12pm to 9pm Manila time (6am to 3pm CEST)

Work arrangement: Remote

What you’ll do

● Independently manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice posting, allocation, and payment monitoring.

● Oversee the invoice run process and maintain both general and sub-ledger accounts, with a focus on receivables.

● Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

● Support internal and external audits, including tax examinations and financial audits.

● Act as a point of contact for other internal accounting teams and assist in cross-functional accounting projects.
