The Manager of Global Education Content will lead the development and execution of innovative education programs to support ILIA’s global strategy. This role focuses on managing and optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS), designing visually engaging training materials, and creating compelling digital content that empowers teams and drives sales. The ideal candidate has a passion for learning design, strong technical and creative skills, and experience delivering training programs in the beauty industry.
This position also involves occasional collaboration with the marketing team to create short-form video content, with a minor role as on-screen talent.
This role is remote and open to candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Content Design & Development
Design visually appealing, on-brand training materials using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Create digital assets such as one-pagers, presentations, product guides, and field-facing resources.
Develop scripts for training videos, product tutorials, and social content.
Training Program Execution
Develop and deliver scalable education programs focused on product knowledge, selling skills, and brand storytelling.
Facilitate virtual and occasional in-person training sessions to engage and empower field teams and retail partners.
Incorporate trends in beauty, social media, and technology to keep programs fresh and relevant.
LMS Development & Management
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of an LMS platform to digitize global education.
Create, manage, and update e-learning modules to ensure an engaging and accessible user experience.
Monitor LMS analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvements.
Digital Content Creation
Collaborate with marketing to develop educational social content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Support video production efforts by contributing to scriptwriting, creative direction, and on-screen participation as needed.
Collaboration & Field Support
Partner with field leadership to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
Provide ongoing support to field and freelance teams to ensure they are equipped to drive sales and elevate the customer experience.
Serve as a key liaison between education, sales, and marketing teams to align on priorities.
Digital Transformation & Analytics
Champion the digitization of education tools to enhance efficiency and engagement.
Use data and feedback to refine training materials and digital content for maximum impact.
