The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced RevOps Manager to join our team - this a new role reporting to the Director of Business Operations.
You’ll be responsible for driving operational efficiency, optimising our sales and marketing systems, and enabling scalable growth. By combining strategic insight with hands-on execution, you’ll streamline processes, improve pipeline visibility, and deliver data-driven recommendations that help our go-to-market teams perform at their best. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on enablement.
This is a remote-flexible role based in the UK - in practice this means that we meet in person in London as a team every 6-8 weeks, and the rest of the time you can work remotely in the UK. In line with our salary framework, the salary banding for this role is £70,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience).
Where you will spend your time:
Designing and optimising scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work through automation
Assessing and optimising the current sales and marketing technology stack to ensure that it supports efficient pipeline management and revenue operations
Evaluating and evolving the sales and marketing tech stack to better support pipeline management and revenue operations
Building dashboards that deliver clear insights into forecasting, funnel performance, and key revenue metrics
Conducting in-depth analysis of the sales funnel to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement with the aim of driving higher conversion rates
Monitoring the health of the pipeline to anticipate risks and ensure readiness for growth
Training and supporting commercial teams on best practices and systems to ensure consistent adoption and performance
Partnering and working very closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Tech, and Data to align on strategic RevOps initiatives and drive execution
What we’d love to see from you:
You’ve got strong experience in process mapping, optimisation, and automation, with a passion for simplifying complex workflows - you’re also able to quickly grasp existing process flows and identify inefficiencies
You have strong technical proficiency in CRM platforms and are quick to master unfamiliar systems and are skilled in integrating and optimising marketing and sales tools. We use Hubspot and Klaviyo so if you have experience here, it’s a bonus but not essential
You’ve got hands-on ability managing, analysing, and visualising data using BI tools - if you’ve got SQL skills, this would be a plus!
You’ve got demonstrated ability to build and maintain forecasting models that inform strategic decisions
You’ve got a strategic mindset combined with the ability to act tactically when needed - this role will be very hands-on so you need to be comfortable doing and not just creating strategy!
You’ve got clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Your stakeholder management is strong and you’ve got proven experience managing cross-functional projects and building consensus and engaging across teams
We’re after the right person and if you don’t quite hit all the criteria, we’d still encourage you to apply. We’d love to chat and see if you could be a great fit for Flash Pack.
