Job Summary:
The Recruiting Marketing Manager at Thrive Pet Healthcare will be responsible for leading recruitment marketing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and digital campaigns to attract top talent. The individual will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and the marketing team to develop messaging and innovative recruitment strategies. They will deploy the Team Member Value Proposition (TVP) and work closely with the Brand and Recruiting teams. Activation plans will be created to attract candidates and promote Thrive as a career destination. This role involves positioning Thrive as an employer of choice in the veterinary industry by enhancing the brand and team member experience. Expertise in the veterinary, pet, or healthcare industries is preferred, along with proficiency in branding, storytelling, social media, and engagement strategies. The work will align employer branding with strategic goals, aiming to boost awareness, trust, and engagement among current and future team members.
Responsibilities:
· Develop storytelling materials to create engaging collateral that adheres to Thrive brand standards
for veterinary talent
· Execute recruitment marketing strategies via social media, job boards, career fairs, and networking
events to attract high-quality candidates
· Address feedback and implement campaigns with HR and Communications teams to improve
sentiment and engagement
· Identify content opportunities and scout for team members’ stories in collaboration with the
Internal Communications Manager
· Oversee employer branding efforts, including career page content, employee testimonials, company
culture initiatives, and visual brand consistency across all recruitment materials
· Manage digital recruitment campaigns across social media, job boards, and other platforms,
ensuring timely and effective delivery of campaign assets and messages
· Drive activities for new market launches to build awareness and excitement both internally and
externally
· Optimize job postings and career site content for engagement and search visibility using best
practices and data-driven insights
· Analyze recruitment marketing data to track performance and enhance campaign effectiveness through continuous testing, learning, and optimization
· Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in recruitment messaging and alignment with overall business objectives
· Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly, providing guidance on role-specific messaging and sourcing strategies
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition marketing, attending relevant conferences, webinars, and training sessions
· Design and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns that highlight Thrive Pet Healthcare's culture, values, and growth opportunities
· Monitor and manage Thrive's presence on employer review sites like Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn, responding to reviews and engaging with potential candidates
· Provide training and support to hiring managers and team members on recruitment marketing and employer branding best practices
· Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall talent acquisition processes
Key Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
· Proven track record of managing digital recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
successfully.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Creative thinker with expertise in storytelling and engaging content creation.
