We are a dynamic Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) firm specializing in high-end UK projects. We are expanding our remote team and seeking experienced South African architects and designers with strong expertise in UK Interior Design (ID) packages, drafting, and permit approvals.

Positions Available:

Architects & Interior Designers Experienced in UK ID packages, drafting, and permit approval drawings.
Senior Architect Interiors Lead A leadership role for an architect with exceptional interior detailing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Architects & Interior Designers:

Develop UK-compliant ID packages (interior design drawing sets for permit approvals).
Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
Collaborate with UK-based clients, consultants, and project managers.
Ensure designs meet UK building regulations, standards, and client requirements.
Work efficiently in a remote environment with a focus on detail and accuracy.

Senior Architect Interiors Lead:

Oversee and lead the interior architecture team, ensuring project success.
Guide and mentor architects and designers on best practices for UK ID packages.
Ensure compliance with UK interior design and architectural standards.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to refine and develop design concepts.
Review and approve technical drawings and permit submissions.

Requirements & Qualifications:
