Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Reports To: President
Location: Remote, with preference for candidates within driving distance of Fair Lawn, NJ

Overview

We are hiring a high-performing Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to help us win new Health System business. This role is all about performance. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new accounts and growing them. You should have strong existing relationships in healthcare—especially with decision-makers at health systems, payers, self-insured employers, and medical associations—and know how to turn those relationships into revenue.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on results, knows how to sell, and can confidently walk into C-suite conversations ready to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your network to generate new business opportunities and close deals

  • Own the full sales cycle—from outreach to contract

  • Build relationships with executives (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, CIOs)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and value

  • Drive revenue through RPM platform and care coaching services

  • Maintain consistent communication and forecasting with senior leadership


Compensation and Goals
  • Total Comp: $125K–$300K, based on relationships and results.

  • Expectations: $1M minimally in new revenue by December 31, 2025

  • 15–20 meetings per month, with at least 5 new prospect meetings
