Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • (10-15 hours per week), flexible schedule
  • Approximately 2 hours per day Flexible Hours, between 10am to 5pm EST

You’ll be instrumental in identifying potential property opportunities and connecting with property owners, working directly with company leadership. Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted property research to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing vacation rental listings to gather key property information
  • Perform professional cold calls to property owners using provided scripts and guidelines
  • Maintain detailed records in both spreadsheets and CRM systems
  • Document all communication attempts and outcomes systematically
  • Follow established processes for property research and owner outreach
  • Provide regular updates on research findings and call results
  • Collaborate with management to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Organize and validate property information for accuracy
  • Update databases with current market intelligence and contact information


Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear phone presence
  • Proven experience in professional cold calling or telephone-based customer service
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
