Role Name: Lead Generation Specialist

Part-time Monday to Friday - 20 hours per week - Flexible hours between 9am to 5pm GMT

Join a growing digital agency specializing in web design, apps, and SEO services as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our client acquisition efforts, identifying and connecting with potential clients who need digital transformation services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to work autonomously in lead generation, while having the support of an established business owner who handles the closing process. You'll be instrumental in growing the agency's client base through strategic outreach and appointment setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential clients
Execute cold email outreach strategies
Generate qualified leads for digital agency services
Schedule appointments for the business owner with qualified prospects
Manage and update lead information in Go High Level CRM
Track and report on lead generation activities and results
Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in B2B lead generation
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Professional phone manner and email etiquette
Basic understanding of digital services industry (web design, SEO, apps)
Scope:
Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) or full-time (35-40 hours per week) options available
Remote position with flexible schedule options
Focus on lead generation and appointment setting only (no closing required)
Direct reporting to business owner
Responsible for maintaining accurate lead records in CRM
