Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for integrating 3M products, particularly abrasives, into various customer applications within the industrial market and specific projects. This role requires close interaction with relevant stakeholders and active participation in sales activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing technical sales and support for customers.

• Leading communication efforts with 3M internal departments and distributors.

• Collaborating internally to achieve sales objectives.

• Managing accounts and business operations using CRM systems and internal resources.

Target Industry: All industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Relevant experience preferred.(경력 5년 이내인 자 )

• Work experience in industrial markets such as transportation, construction, primary metal, and metal fabrication.

• Proven experience in sales and technical support.

• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Demonstrated responsibility and ability to collaborate internally.

• Proficiency in account and business management.

Condition

• Type: 정규직 (수습기간 3개월)

• Location: 부산 / 경상지역 (Remote 근무 예정 )
