Recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the U.S., we continue to scale while maintaining a strong focus on people—both our patients and our team.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a methodical, detail-oriented, and collaborative Analytics Engineer to join our Data Operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting our Innovation (MarTech) team by maintaining and enhancing a critical data pipeline into Braze and expanding our broader data warehouse capabilities. You’ll be positioned at the center of our data flow—working closely with backend engineers and visualization leads to ensure data is modeled and delivered cleanly, accurately, and reliably.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on dbt development, ELT optimization, and data modeling to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve the Braze data pipeline to support marketing technology efforts

  • Build and optimize ELT pipelines using dbt, Airbyte, and Snowflake

  • Design and maintain scalable, well-documented data models for internal analytics use

  • Expand and refine our data warehouse architecture and semantic layer

  • Collaborate with product teams, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions

  • Contribute to performance monitoring, data quality assurance, and ongoing process improvements

  • Support additional data warehousing and analytics work as priorities evolve

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role

  • Strong hands-on experience with dbt (this is a must-have)

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python

  • Experience building and maintaining cloud data warehouses, ideally with Snowflake

  • Familiarity with data ingestion tools such as Airbyte or Fivetran

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with marketing or MarTech data architecture

  • Exposure to data visualization or dashboard tools

  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant environments

  • Experience supporting cross-functional product or innovation teams

Who You Are
You’re someone who brings structure to complexity. You think critically, ask the right questions, and are focused on building systems that are reliable, scalable, and thoughtfully designed. You take ownership of your work and understand how quality data contributes to broader business success.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus FSA/HSA options

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks birthing / 4 weeks non-birthing)

  • Fertility support, free diapers, and breast pumps

  • PTO and holidays starting on your first day

  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities

  • A flexible, remote-first work environment
