To join CLEAResult as an Operations Analyst in the New England Region. You will play a key role in supporting planning, analysis, and decision-making for Senior managers and the regional Senior Director. This is a position for someone who is eager to advance their analytical skills, thrives in dealing with large amounts of data, and is willing to support and maintain operational models using that data. This position will involve collaboration with other members of the CLEAResult New England program team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate data clearly and effectively, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to the team’s success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.​

• Prepare monthly reporting and P&L analysis for management with insights on variances to plan, forecast and prior year.

• Provide ad-hoc operations materials and presentations for business reviews, leadership meetings, and other strategic initiatives

• Lead P&L reviews and analysis to support recommendations to management

• Conduct variance analysis & reconciliations to both forecasts and contractual program budgets

• Prepare analysis and research in such areas as operational performance, staffing utilization, COGS, and revenue forecasting.

• Prepare moderate to complex reports including operational budgets, trends, and special ad-hoc projects

• Work with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis, often performing ad hoc reporting to satisfy end users

• Assists with managing program data and conducts analysis, including forecasting

• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential

• Responsible for supporting management initiatives including process standardization and simplification, analysis, research and reporting

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 3-5+ years of applicable experience.

• Bachelors degree is preferred.

• Financial analysis preferred and/or equivalent experience.

Target Compensation...

$64,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
