Job Summary

Responsible for providing leadership and direction in all aspects of Campaign Management activities that support the sales force post-sales. Forecasts, tracks and reports the performance of overall campaign delivery and workforce distribution and needs. Partners in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex workflows driving consistency amongst teams. Contributes to the development and deployment of the organization’s business strategy. Manages professionals at Senior Manager, Manager, and professional levels.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversees designated areas of Campaign Management supporting multiple Market Retail teams
  • Consistently reviews processes to look for efficiencies and accuracy improvement.  Partners with teams to develop new workflows based on these insights.  Deploys new workflows to Campaign Management team
  • Partners closely with other operational and yield teams specifically ad operations, customer care and yield sports to ensure alignment of customer and business needs
  • Works closely with sales team to oversee schedules for major initiatives and advertising campaign introductions.
  • Monitors advertising sales metrics and analyzes and addresses issues with appropriate personnel.
  • Ensures operational policies are consistently adhered to.
  • Ensures the terms of all contracts are met and are to Company standards.
  • Interprets strategies and integrates them into plans and initiatives.
  • Drives evolution of campaign management team by instilling an ownership mindset, promoting customer service and leaning into impression based delivery
  • Manages, mentors and develops a team of Campaign Management professionals.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Preferred Experience:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • 5+ years Advertising/Campaign Management experience.
  • Must be able to work PST or MST time zones.
  • Experience with linear and/or digital ad systems
  • Experience working with advertising buyers

Compensation

National Pay Range: $87,485.33 USD-$205,043.74 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
