Your Opportunity: Taylor Visual Impressions is looking for a new Account Receivable Representative to support our St. Louis location with their customer billing.


Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of timely and accurate customer invoices
  • Build trust through addressing customer needs professionally and efficiently
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of customer requested reports
  • Responsible for monthly closing activities, including preparation of Sales Control Files, necessary data, and reports required to be uploaded into Horizon/Oracle
  • Interface with Accounting Staff at Taylor Corporation related to daily/weekly/monthly Cash Management Reconciliations
  • Overseeing customer billing, cash receipts processing, and confirm completeness and accuracy of payment information to the customer’s accounts
  • Direct interfacing with internal and external customers on collection matters and dispute resolution; refers overdue accounts to collections
  • Support management in any other related Account Receivable functions as needed and maintain a good working relationship with other functional leaders within the company
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

You Must Have:

  • 1+ years of Account Receivable experience
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills; able to deal with customer and company personnel at all levels; and ability to handle multiple tasks in the fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent work history in attendance, punctuality, and performance
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products (Work, Excel)
