The Opportunity

This position KAE Pharmacy Channel POC out of our Mexico City Office in our Rapid Diagnostics Division is responsable to Develop ARDx pharmacy chain business through the opening of new and potential business opportunities with strategic accounts. To develop this business, require business analytics, strategic thinking, anticipate epidemiologic trends and manage relationship with stakeholders C-suite level. Our rapid diagnostics solutions are helping address some of the world’s greatest healthcare challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop the pharmacy and retail channels leading conversations with strategic and potential customers to create long term and scalable business.
  • Introduce products with customers creating proposals and negotiation of contracts considering terms and conditions to protect ARDx business interest.
  • Forecast management to guarantee product availability to achieve customer needs and business goals anticipating epidemiological trends.
  • Propose and launch marketing and trade marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  • Stakeholder mapping and management making C-suite level business relationship to introduce POC business.
  • Full account management of direct and indirect sales through all administrative process to fulfill customer needs. Negotiating PO’s, customer service, fill rate, accounts payable, rebates and returns.
  • Develop and manage sales funnel using sales force. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Administration, Economics, Marketing or related areas.
  • Experience minimum with 2 years in sales with wholesalers, distributors, pharmacy chains. Introducing new market and category opportunities. Negotiating contracts, prices and commercial conditions with customers.
  • Account Mapping and key stakeholder management.
  • +3 years of experience in pharma, rapid diagnostics, medical devices preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Force
  • English Advanced
  • Ability to travel  of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
