SUMMARY
The Client Services Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to all DSI Medical clients. This position requires an ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet or exceed client expectations while at the same time adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards. The Client Services Administrator will utilize critical thinking skills and solid judgement to resolve client concerns in the best way possible to meet the budgetary and service goals of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative support to clients within the core work hours of 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Completes key tasks as assigned
Completes general client service support tasks including but not limited to supply orders, responding to Customer emails received personally or via the Customer Service email box, result tracking, paperwork retrieval, account and/or changes to test result information, alcohol test data entry, affidavit requests, Random Testing Program initiatives, Clearinghouse reporting, etc.
Sets up new accounts as requested by Sales department, sends welcome package, and orients new clients via web-based trainings or tutorials.
Develop basic regulatory knowledge that is increased over time
Ensures client account information is current and updates as needed including contacts, home bases, email addresses, fax, phone and other information as required.
Prepares and distributes reports requested by clients or as the general course of workflow.
Provides input to drafting and finalizing standard operating procedures supporting DSI.
Ensures timely response to all inquiries.
Maintains supporting documentation for retrieval if requested by client.
Support the entire DSI Team by providing back up support.
Follows SOPs as assigned.
Escalates client related issues to appropriate Team Lead or manager.
Performs other duties as assigned by management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalency required
1 year of data entry experience with high attention to detail preferred
2 years of working in a medical or laboratory setting preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
