What You’ll Be Doing:

Submit accurate claims for infusion services using correct CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes
Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, and follow up on denials
Post payments, reconcile patient and insurance accounts, and create billing reports
Stay current with industry regulations and payer policies specific to infusion billing
Assist patients with billing-related questions and provide support on payment options

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience in infusion billing and medical coding
Familiarity with EHR and billing systems such as Kareo, Simple Practice, or similar
Certification in medical billing/coding (e.g., CPC, CHONC) is a plus
Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
Familiarity with EHR and billing systems such as Kareo, Simple Practice, or similar
