Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for design, implementation, and administration of the organization's Total Rewards programs, with a heavy focus on employee benefits. While this role does not include direct people management responsibilities, it functions as a process owner and strategic contributor, driving excellence across all benefit and compensation programs and processes. The Manager will collaborate closely with HR leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure Benefits and Compensation process, programs, workday setup and offerings best in class and aligned with organizational goals. while continuously identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and employee experience. The Total Rewards Manager will also provide informal mentorship, guidance, and direction to other team members, helping troubleshoot complex issues and supporting their ongoing development.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Licensure/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

  • SHRM or CCP preferred.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in total rewards, benefits, and compensation management required.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, etc.)

  • Experience supporting annual compensation planning cycles or maintaining job architecture

  • Hands-on experience using Workday for both benefits and compensation administration strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex topics to varied audiences.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience guiding and mentoring peers or junior team members.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
