Position: HR Recruitment Intern
Location: Remote, India

Are you looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? Albatronix Consulting is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team. This remote internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while developing your skills in a real-world setting. You will collaborate with experienced professionals and learn the ins and outs of recruitment, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications for open positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate tracking system with all relevant information.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Support the recruitment team in all administrative tasks related to hiring.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Provide insights and feedback on recruitment processes and practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
