The role in a nutshell:


In this role you will provide end-to-end HR operational support to international clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery, adherence to SLAs, and effective use of HR systems, while fostering collaboration and aligning with company values.

How you will make a difference: 

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and functions, including creating employment contract, employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll management, benefits administration, and maintenance of employee records
  • Skilled in managing administrative tasks such as data entry, employee file management, and processing HR-related documents
  • Should be able to maintain SLAs and CSAT levels
  • Should be able to follow SOPs accurately
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or similar software, such as Workday, SAP, or other HR management tools
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services to the clients
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor and maintain timely and effective KPI and business reporting that provides an analytical view to stakeholders and drives action
  • Always adheres to and demonstrates the Safeguard Global company values

What will make you stand out:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Global HR Shared Services in a multi-national/global organization with client-facing responsibilities. 
  • Experience in the Europe and Asia regions a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Smartsheet
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
  • Understand and recognize when there is a sense of urgency and be able to prioritize activities accordingly
  • High level of independence and initiative while working effectively as part of a team and a high level of accountability for assigned responsibilities. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines (SLAs).
