This is a remote position.

Analyze business issues and make recommendations to maximize operational efficiency, quality and compliance. Analyze and solve highly complex system related operational and customer issues. Create and maintain databases and management reports, interpreting data and identifying trends for management. Monitor, identify, research, compile, and report daily operational data related to specialized transactions, functions, work volume, productivity, fraud, client complaints, titles, negative reserve, finance and quality issues. Identify, develop and implement policies, procedures, and training materials to assure compliance with government regulations and to maximize efficiency and customer service. Provide training to others in the department/function as a highly skilled subject matter expert who can be successful assigned to any operations function with the ability of independent decision-making. Services as an escalation contact. Performs project work, management reporting and makes decisions on highly complex issues with considerable latitude in judgment interpreting policies and procedures and resolves problems within established guidelines. Position requires flexibility in prioritizing workflow for the day, with emphasis on multi-tasking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyze business issues and make recommendations to maximize operational efficiency, quality and compliance.

2. Analyze and solve complex system related operational and client issues including fraudulent loans and client complaints.

3. Identify, develop, and implement policies, procedures, and training materials to assure compliance with government regulations and to maximize efficiency and customer service. 

4. Provide training to others in the department/function as a highly skilled subject matter expert who can be successfully assigned to any operations function with the ability of independent decision-making.

5. Position requires flexibility in prioritizing workflow for the day, with emphasis on multi-tasking.

6. Participate in project work including system testing.

7. Interact directly with internal and external customers by telephone and/or in writing.

Required Qualifications:

High School degree, or equivalent education and related training or experience 5 years of relevant work experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of accounting, reconcilement and balancing process. Experience conducting other investigative research work in order to mitigate fraud and other risk to the bank. Critical thinking and problem solving skills Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting/finance or 7 years of relevant work experience

2. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

3. Strong proficiency with Microsoft office
