Introduction au conseil en management : le processus de conseil en cinq phases, et les différents modèles économiques associés à la gestion d'un cabinet de conseil. Format d'étude de cas : les étudiants travaillent en équipe sur un cas concret et reçoivent un retour sur leurs présentations de la part de l'instructeur du cours et de consultants en exercice invités en tant que présentateurs externes. Doit avoir une maîtrise ou un MBA (préférablement un doctorat) dans le domaine de la consultation en gestion. Doit aussi démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente dans le domaine du cours. Doit également avoir une bonne expérience de l'enseignement, de préférence dans le domaine de la consultation en gestion.
