Job Summary

The Cyber Review Team Lead will work closely with clients, review teams, and the Managers/Directors of Cyber Incident Response Review (CIRR) to support and enhance the CIRR Team’s growth, efficiency, and overall quality. This role combines business analytics, problem-solving, and people management, with an emphasis on empathy, compassion, and fostering a positive team culture—particularly in relation to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Team Lead will report directly to the Senior Manager of Cyber Incident Response Review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all responsibilities of a Review Analyst and Quality Control Analyst with accuracy and dedication.
  • Thoroughly review project protocols and apply specific rules and guidelines to diverse document types using platforms such as Relativity, with a focus on entities affected by cyber incidents.
  • Conduct quality control reviews on completed work, provide constructive feedback to Review Analysts, and maintain effective communication through Microsoft Teams chats.
  • Support the Review Manager by assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team and with leadership by participating in virtual trainings, updates, and both scheduled and ad-hoc meetings.

Education & Requirement

  • Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 4–5 years of experience in LPO/Legal Services, including minimum 2 years of experience in Incident Response (IR) or Data Breach projects.
  • Experience working in virtual review environments using platforms like Relativity and canopy.
  • Strong administrative capabilities with a proven track record of maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to offer actionable feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and results.
  • Proficient in conducting in-depth data investigations to resolve project-related queries.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, contributing to efficient document processing.
  • Hands-on experience using Excel; willing to participate in skill assessments and utilize technology to boost productivity.
  • High attention to detail with strong critical thinking abilities for navigating complex information.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Receptive to feedback and actively seeks ways to improve processes and personal performance.
  • Familiarity with cyber incident protocols and terminology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster a culture of open, respectful communication.
  • Prior experience in team supervision or mentorship within a legal or cyber review setting.
