Job description

Lead Product Manager - Nike Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Define and execute the global product vision and strategy by leading the end-to end lifecycle of a product while accountable for all features involving communications with Nike digital last-mile carriers, including order fulfillment and returns choices and providing certainty and updates to consumers. Accountable for the development of capabilities at the heart of Nike’s supply chain and Online to Offline marketing strategies. Invent the future of digital fulfillment at Nike and contribute to the creation of world-class digital experiences for Nike consumers worldwide. Responsible for analyzing and delivering on product and business critical metrics, evaluating product performance as well as defining, driving, and shipping innovative digital fulfillment features. Articulate clear and compelling product vision. Work across a variety of teams and look for new ways to innovate for consumers. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and evangelization process for carrier services, which includes all interactions with carriers related to consumer deliveries and returns. Build maturity paths with partners to define and maintain a broad feature-sequencing framework driven by commercial and consumer outcomes. Partner with supply chain and digital commerce teams to evaluate new insights based on strategic, commercial and product fit. Work with supply chain and technology teams to drive standardization of models and architecture, leading to faster delivery of features to consumers. Champion digital fulfillment throughout product, supply chain and technology organizations. Define contextual critical metrics and conduct recurring product readouts with partners. Lead time to onboard new carriers and service levels, carrier data timeliness/quality, and median consumer distance to pickup and returns locations. Participate in Agile ceremonies and keep the cross-functional team passionate about near-term results in a constantly evolving environment. Identify bridge solutions and openly discuss technical debt tradeoffs and plans to remediate. Work across a set of cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, digital commerce, analytics, and geography specific marketplace and operations teams and lead through influence and by using data to advise decisions, lead effectively, prioritizes resources to achieve business goals. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. 

Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a business-related occupation. Skills Experience must include: 

  • Privacy regulations including CPRA, CPPA, GDPR, KISA 

  • Agile development methodologies 

  • Product strategy, GTM 

  • Strategy, long term strategic planning 

  • GTM Strategy 

  • Data analytics, using SQL and related programming tools 

  • Utilize advanced features within Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data tables or functions; and financial modelling 

  • Competitive and marketing research 

  • Consumer insights and UX research 

  • Prioritizing features, estimating engineering effort, prototyping, testing, and implementation
