POSITION: Senior Supplier Support Advisor

WORKSITE: 400 First Avenue, Needham, MA 02494

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Serve as frontline supplier support for the company providing real-time support via email, live chat, and telephone;
  • Provide guidance to team by answering questions from suppliers related to their account, products, and bookings;
  • Liaise with the other lines of business to address any customer or supplier concerns;
  • Support agents across the network with advice and tips to help drive business efficiency;
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive categorization of toru and activity products across points of sale, including Viator, Trip Advisor, and distribution partners;
  • Ensure successful connectivity between supplier reservation systems and Viator, TripAdvisor systems; and
  • Recognize and report trending issues in a timely manner.

Telecommuting permitted up to 100%

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Supplier Support Advisor-related occupation.

Position requires demonstrable experience in the following:

  • CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and online systems;
  • Operational and B2B service skills;
  • Web-based content management systems;
  • Utilizing Google tools including big query and sheets; and
  • Utilizing Atlassian software.

Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.
