VirtueStaff is looking for a skilled Remote Digital Marketing PPC Ads Specialist to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms to enhance our clients' online visibility and lead generation. Your expertise will directly contribute to driving conversions and maximizing return on investment (ROI).


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective PPC strategies for various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Create compelling ad copy and eye-catching visuals that resonate with target audiences
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance
  • Manage budgets, bids, and overall campaign spending to maximize ROI
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align strategies with business goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of PPC platforms, particularly Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Ability to create effective ad copy that engages target audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
