What you will do…

Sales & Business Development Leadership

- Proven track record of driving strategic growth and scaling from $50M+ to $200M+, expanding into new markets such as data centers and other industrial applications.
- Expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategies, Revenue Operations, and enhancing revenue predictability.
- Exceptional sales and account management team leadership & development, with success in high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Advanced expertise in strategic planning, market expansion, and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to build cross-functional alignment with engineering and operations to support revenue growth.
- Experience aligning with the CEO and board on revenue strategies and market expansion plans.
- Ability to operationalize revenue strategy, transitioning from organic growth to structured, scalable revenue models.
- Track record of successful change management in traditional business environments.
