As a result of a recent internal promotion, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Product Officer to join our Executive Leadership team at an exciting time in our continued global growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals. 
  • Drive product development processes, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with the product team to prioritise development efforts, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to execution and release.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and other professionals.
  • Support the strategic direction and vision for the organisation.
  • Align product strategies with business objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define company-wide product goals, priorities, and roadmaps.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across all related business departments. 
  • Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends.
  • Define product requirements, features, and priorities, and effectively communicate them to development teams.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators and metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop user stories and use cases to define the product features, behaviour, and customer experience.
  • Recommend and implement evaluation techniques, define testing scenarios, and facilitate internal and external quality testing.
  • Lead product solution design, implementation, and testing. 
  • Lead product roadmap planning and prioritisation. 
  • Drive awareness, adoption, and success of our products in the market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading product teams and driving product strategy.
  • Several years’ experience in executive product leadership within the fintech industry or a related field
  • Experience driving product innovation and success.
  • Experience mentoring and developing high-performing product teams. 
  • Experience working in an agile environment with a focus on rapid iteration and continuous improvement. 
  • Experience in B2B product management 
  • Experience in platform development
  • Extensive knowledge of fintech products, services, and the market
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, product management or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field preferred
