Key responsabilities:

  • Support the Assistant Manager in executing the Monthly Content Calendar and overseeing asset creation by the Creative team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HQ Campaigns, Social, and Ecommerce to drive marketing operations.
  • Track, report, and analyze newsletter performance metrics for assigned key markets.
  • Assist in planning and executing newsletter-related and chat commerce campaigns globally.

The role

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall global brand strategy, telling our story across our key markets through brand campaigns and across digital and retail touchpoints for Love, Bonito. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand in our focus markets by leveraging newsletters and chat commerce (i.e. SMS, Telegram, Whatsapp) as the main levers. Reporting into the Assistant Marketing Manager (Newsletters), you will play a key role in building our brand, driving content excellence and performance, and supporting in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

Main responsibilities

  • Support the Assistant Manager in driving day-to-day Marketing operations across HQ and all countries into best-in-class standards and excellence – including the execution of Monthly Content Calendar (i.e. participating in brainstorming sessions, raising content briefs, oversee creation of assets by Creative team, and set up in Emarsys)
  • Collaborate with other channel owners and cross-functional teams e.g. HQ Campaigns, Social, Creative (Copywriting, Visual Design), Data, Ecommerce, Merchandising 
  • Tracking, reporting and analysis of newsletter performance for key market(s) assigned 
  • Support the team’s initiatives in the achievement and improvement of main growth metrics for newsletters and chat commerce across key markets including:
    • Open Rate (OR), Click-through Open Rate (CTOR), Conversion Rate (CR) 
    • Sessions, Orders, NSBR 
    • YoY Growth in revenue, audience (e.g. Subscriber base for eDM)  
  • Support in driving other newsletter-related & chat commerce campaigns & initiatives from planning to execution globally 
  • Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry and opportunities for further growth

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in  content creation and storytelling, ideally within B2C marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands and with email marketing experience
  • Proficient in basic copywriting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite – Slides, Sheets, Docs
  • Relevant university degree in business, marketing, or other relevant fields
  • Good to have: Proficient with marketing and analytics tools such as Emarsys, Tableau, Metabase
