Job description

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing product projects from implementation to launch. You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, handling a high volume of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and in a seamless manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage project timelines, resources and processes involved in new product development projects.
Ensure the clarity of the project goals and deliverables among project team members.
Regularly communicate project status updates, overdue tasks, and any changes in the project timeline.
Remove any obstacles that hinder the team’s progress while identifying potential risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor the correct filing of deliverables and project information.
Documentation and communication are critical to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Stakeholder alignment and management to ensure projects move forward with the necessary support and due diligence.
Consistently meets deadlines and benchmark timings.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a related field or role
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and quality
A passion for working in a structured process and an eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
Ability to work in tight timeframes and quick turnaround times
Exceptional internal and supplier stakeholder management.
A proactive self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be based in the Philippines and have all the equipment necessary to perform the job, such as a computer, internet connection, webcam, etc.

Advantageous or Nice to haves:

Experience using project management software i.e. Monday.com is highly preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing, materials, and sustainable products is highly preferred.
