iLOQ has successfully established operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Germany, the Benelux, France, Spain, Canada, Singapore, US, Australia & New Zealand. As part of this exciting step forward we’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks as a Sales Manager

  • Drive market demand by actively meeting with and consulting end customers on the benefits of iLOQ’s solutions compared to mechanical systems; identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for actively developing iLOQ´s partner network in their area and takes care of area retail sales and support of the end customers.
  • Participates marketing of iLOQ’s products and solutions by promoting the company actively on relevant business fairs and events and also keep an eye on the competition and the development of competing products.
  • Supports and trains the retailers and designers and also helps the end customers by defining their needs and offering suitable solutions from iLOQ’s system.
  • Build and maintain a strategic top 100 target customer list for the region.
  • Plan and execute structured sales activities to identify, engage, and follow up with both new and existing end customers and partners.
  • Responsible for reporting in iLOQs CRM system, and a limited amount of other administrative work.
  • Works closely together with the other sales team members both national and international (network).

  • Strong sales instinct with a “hunter” mentality and a competitive edge
  • Passionate about creating business through direct engagement with potential customers
  • Confident and persistent in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Solution-oriented, adaptable, and able to connect with diverse people and companies
  • Technically skilled, with the ability to understand the access control or locking industry
  • Industry experience in Critical Infrastructure (Telecoms, Energy, Utilities, Data Centres, Securities) and Built Environment (Commercial, Student Housing, Public Facilities, Facilities Management)
  • Proficient in IT and comfortable using virtual tools for presentations and business activities
  • Experienced in managing complex sales cycles, ideally on projects of £1m+
  • Proven track record of working in target-driven environments and can demonstrate experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Other Requirements

  • Fluent local language (mandatory) and good spoken and written English (strong advantage)
  • Drivers license
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • UK travel will also be required regularly
