Job description

Technical Writer/Business Analyst
Fully Remote – EST hours (team in CT and Raleigh)
3-months contract could be extended

Key Responsibilities:
• Create inventory of non-model tools used for reporting
• Excel file (non-model tools) review and data validation
• Process documentation and standardization- inputs, logic, data flows, outcomes, assumptions
• Support Risk review of Non-Model tools along with Tool Owner
Key skills/experience qualifications for the role:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data validation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process documentation, standard operating manual writing or workflow mapping
• Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with automation tools (e.g. VBA) is a plus but not required

Additional Job Details:
Look at Excel files, review them, document the steps ,Template that they will fill out, that will go to business review.
