Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new business opportunities (promote and sell Unlimit Accounts) among SMEs and large enterprises in tech, startups, VC-backed firms, investment companies, and e-commerce businesses
Establish and maintain relationships with new business partners
Leverage existing networks to build a strong pipeline for IBAN onboarding.
Analyze client businesses from websites or introductory calls to quickly understand their monetization models and risk profiles
Guide clients through the onboarding process, including documentation requirements for Hong Kong and Singapore entities
Ensure full compliance with KYC/KYB standards and keep updated on local regulatory requirements
Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to facilitate smooth account openings and ongoing client relationship management
Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or Business Development Lead in the banking or corporate service provider sector
Deep understanding of Hong Kong and Singapore corporate structures and related documentation
Strong working knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML procedures, and business risk assessment
Ability to assess a company’s business model and revenue strategy.
Established connections within the SME, startup, and VC ecosystems across Hong Kong and APAC
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
