We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a strong background in
financial reporting and payroll management. This role will be responsible for overseeing the
financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and managing
payroll and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GAAP reporting,
accounting operations and payroll administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies for financial reporting compliance.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
  • Ensure payroll tax filings and compliance with federal, state and local regulations are administered.
  • Partner with the People team to implement and administer payroll policies, benefits deductions and compensation changes.
  • Maintain payroll-related records and assist in audits.
  • Maintain and enforce proper accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
  • Manage accounting related software applications and compliance.
  • Support tax filings, reconciliations and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in projects and related implementations.
  • Lead process improvements and system enhancements for accounting and payroll functions.

  • Requirements:
  • 7+ years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting, operational excellence and payroll management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Bill.com, Divvy, Expensify, etc.), payroll software (ADP TotalSource) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, operational excellence, payroll regulations and tax compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
