Buscamos un(a) Administrador(a) de Salesforce con experiencia y pasión por mejorar procesos. Formarás parte del equipo de Business Solutions, enfocado en ofrecer herramientas que faciliten la entrega de valor a los clientes.

Responsabilidades

Administrar y mejorar la plataforma de Salesforce.
Participar en proyectos de mejora continua dentro de un entorno Agile/Scrum.
Automatizar procesos utilizando Salesforce Flow.
Gestionar objetos y estructuras en Salesforce.
Documentar adecuadamente el trabajo para soporte, autoservicio y entrenamientos.

Requisitos

Certificación Salesforce Administrator (excluyente)
2+ años de experiencia en administración de Salesforce.

Nivel alto de inglés

Plus (No excluyentes)

Experiencia práctica con Service Cloud y Experience Cloud (portales para partners).
Experiencia con CPQ.
Background en empresas SaaS es altamente valorado.
