Senior Frontend Engineer

BlueAlly LLC is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of modern Shopware 6 frontends and develop NetSuite SPA applications. This role requires deep expertise in frontend technologies and a strong ability to work collaboratively with backend engineers and product teams to create high-performance, scalable, and visually appealing web applications. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Shopware 6 & Ecommerce Frontend Development 

• Lead the development and customization of Shopware 6 frontends to create engaging user experiences.
• Implement responsive and high-performance UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reusable frontend components to enhance development efficiency.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and headless eCommerce solutions.

NetSuite SPA & ERP Integrations 

• Develop Single Page Applications (SPA) for NetSuite, improving user experience and performance.
• Implement custom UI components tailored for NetSuite’s business operations.
• Work with NetSuite APIs to ensure seamless integration of frontend applications with backend systems.

Collaboration & Best Practices 

• Work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and DevOps teams to create full-stack solutions.
• Champion frontend best practices, including performance optimization, accessibility, and security.
• Maintain high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Research and implement the latest frontend technologies and tools to keep the tech stack innovative. 

Qualifications: 

Required: 

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong expertise in React, Vue.js, or Next.js for scalable frontend applications.
• Experience building and customizing Shopware 6 frontends.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs for data integration.
• Strong understanding of SPA development and state management libraries like Redux or Vuex.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and DevOps tooling.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.

Preferred: 

• Experience with headless eCommerce architectures and PWA development.
• Familiarity with NetSuite UI/UX development and API integrations.
• Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Strong background in accessibility standards (WCAG) and UI/UX best practices.
