Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 1-hour unpaid break | CA, Pacific Time
Paid hours per week: 40 hours

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop, write, and edit a diverse range of written materials with a brand-first perspective but built for conversion through (emails, landing pages, social media, programmatic, advertorials, and more) to drive results.

  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Copy & Content Strategy and Project Management team to ensure writing projects are completed on time and to specifications.

  • Continually monitor, measure, and track program responsiveness and effectiveness of

  • copywriting in ads.

  • Adjust DR messaging elements based on what is working, what is not as seen through

  • metrics and analysis. 

  • Continually test innovative ideas and determine which levers will increase lead volume.

  • Ability to write short and long-form copy as-needed while staying within brand guidelines.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of copywriting for marketing experience and/or agency experience

  • Experience writing effective direct-response marketing copy

  • Knowledge of the fashion, membership, or e-commerce industry is highly desirable

  • Ability to work with a wide range of brands and categories (fashion, beauty, wellness, CPG,

  • etc)

  • Ability to write across formats in a compelling way

  • Working knowledge of digital and social media

  • A pulse on relevant and emerging trends in marketing and social media

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in direct-response marketing fundamentals

  • Expert Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
