Job Description

Take ownership of essential financial operations in a modern, virtual-first accounting environment. As a QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper, you’ll manage financial transactions and records for diverse U.S.-based businesses, working directly with a professional team that values accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities
  • Execute daily bookkeeping operations with precision using QuickBooks Online
  • Manage end-to-end client invoicing processes
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions across multiple client accounts
  • Perform thorough account reconciliations and financial record maintenance
  • Implement and maintain organized financial documentation systems
  • Collaborate with the virtual CFO team to support client financial objectives
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial records


Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing client needs
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working independently in a virtual environment
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Availability during U.S. business hours
