About Our Client:

Our client is a fast-growing, VC-backed disruptor in the UK property tech space. Since launching in early 2020, they've already captured 10% market share and are on a mission to reduce the home buying journey from 9 months to just 3. Backed by a passionate, driven team of 30, they’re transforming the way buyers, sellers, and agents connect—making the process faster, smarter, and more proactive. Now, they’re expanding their reach from B2B to a broader consumer market, and they’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Enterprise Admin Assistant to help take things to the next level.

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Enterprise Admin Assistant to join their growing partnerships team. This fully remote role is central to supporting enterprise-level clients in the UK property market—handling everything from recurring admin tasks to bespoke client requests and campaign coordination. • Core Admin & Client Support:
Handle daily admin tasks like user access, managing mailing suppression lists, answering basic queries, and updating prospecting criteria. You’ll be the calm in the chaos—keeping things accurate and efficient.

  • Campaign & Letter Support:
Coordinate changes to prospecting strategies, from updating templates and logic to working with the print house to ensure flawless delivery of letters, flyers, and campaigns.

  • Client Relationship Support:
Help onboard new clients, update account details, book training sessions, and generally ensure everything behind the scenes is buttoned up and running like clockwork.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and deliver on both recurring and ad-hoc client needs. You’ll be an essential bridge between clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities without dropping the ball

  • Confident with spreadsheets and digital tools

  • Punctual, polite, and highly organised

  • Proactive and eager to grow—asks great questions, but not the same ones twice

  • A team player with high standards and a “can-do” attitude

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or high-profile clients a plus

Benefits

  • Fully remote, UK-based role with some flexibility for parents

  • 25 days holiday + 1 day extra per year worked (up to 30) + 8 bank holidays

  • Friendly, ambitious, and collaborative team culture—no egos, no negativity

  • Real progression opportunities into account management, operations, or client success

  • Work with some of the biggest names in UK property

  • Be part of a business with purpose, disrupting and modernising a £250bn market
