Position Available: eCommerce Operations Specialist (Shopify)
Location:  TAIWAN - 100% Remote
Reporting To: Headquarters located in Vancouver, British Columbia

 

What You'll Do: You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our Shopify storefront running smoothly, while also supporting inventory planning and purchasing functions. If you love clean systems, product accuracy, and data-driven decision-making, you’ll thrive in this role.

 
Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management (80%):

  • Manage product listings, collections, navigation, and site content on Shopify.
  • Launch new products and campaigns with accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to site functionality, images, or pricing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and fulfillment teams to ensure alignment on product launches and promos.
  • Analyze store performance and customer behavior to optimize UX and conversions.
  • Maintain third-party app integrations (e.g., reviews, shipping, or loyalty apps).


Inventory/Planning Support (20%):

  • Support the planning team with inventory and demand forecasts based on sales trends.
  • Communicate stock availability and restock timelines across teams.
  • Coordinate with purchasing on lead times, vendor orders, and reordering cycles.
  • Flag fast-moving or low-stock items to avoid out-of-stock scenarios.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years in eCommerce, with hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for light data analysis and forecasting.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory concepts (SKUs, purchase orders, reorder points).
  • Bonus: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively support cross-functional teams and vendors across international time zones. Willingness to accommodate flexible work hours as needed for global collaboration.
