About the role 
At WorkForce Software our Development Team is a highly collaborative group of talented individuals who use the latest technologies, tools, and software development processes to make a positive impact on our enterprise and mid-size organizations across the world. Responsibilities 

  • Contributing product knowledge in specific areas of the system to drive refinement. 
  • Actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
  • Designing simple features within our products. 
  • Providing clear and valuable feedback during document and code reviews and maintaining a professional rapport with non-technical staff. 
  • Demonstrating good judgment in communication and seeking mentoring for each contact. 
  • Contributing to requirements, test plans, and programming. 
  • Understanding and following business needs. 
  • Improving product quality and performance. 
  • Completing tasks with minimal supervision. 
  • Adhering to all software development processes. 
  • Having some industry experience. 
  • Possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Communicating effectively with technical staff at all levels. 

                           

                          Requirements 

                          • 1-3 years of experience in object-oriented language: Java (preferred), C#, C++, JavaScript frameworks considered.
                          • React.js, SpringBoot experience is helpful, but not required.
                          • Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms
                          • Understanding of object-oriented and related design concepts
                          • Architecture design
                          • Willing to work on projects without defined structure and participate in investigation and implementation of new technologies.

                          • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
